What is the warranty?
Mavric provides a one year limited warranty that includes coverage for the mechanical and electrical components of its products. The limited warranty of mechanical and electrical components are warranted to the original Buyer against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for one year from the original ship date. Buyer must be able to provide proof of purchase to Mavric’s satisfaction.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How/where will I be able to get my bike serviced?
Any local bike shop should be able to assist you. We have a one year warranty on all parts. Please look at our Dealers map to see if we have a preferred location near you.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
